REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

■ Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

■ Is unsafe

■ Is significantly different from the sample or description, or

■ Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt.

From Time to Time we make special offers on Memberships. These membership Offers come with a Full Money Back Guarantee for Paypal or Bank Deposit payments but not Stripe* of differing periods of 7, 14, or 30 days after your initial purchase depending on the offer.

We do this because we understand that somethings may not suit everyone.

So if you are uncomfortable or feel out of your depth we ask you to follow the process below as soon as possible

  • Notify us immediately via email or call 02.8205.7470 after 12 noon Monday to Friday to arrange a Q & A Session for clarity
  • If, after following the above steps, you feel out of your depth and you do not wish to continue we will gladly issue a full refund

To ensure continuous service when you pay via credit card, Stripe* or PayPal your card will be automatically charged for the next period’s payment on the renewal date. An emailed renewal reminder is sent 3 days before your renewal charge will happen. Refunds after auto rebill are at our discretion. We encourage you to use the Eway or Secure pay service for subscriptions. If you use Stripe and Paypal and you want to vary or cancel your subscription because Paypal and Stripe services do not allow a refund for fees we encourage you to cancel your subscription before your subscription automatically renews. The fee at present will be 2.5% deducted from the Refund to cover the fees.
You will be sent notices 3 days before the auto-renewal
