This Financial Services Guide (FSG) dated as above replaces all previous versions. It is provided to you by Adest Trading Pty Limited (ABN 88 083 033 612. (We, Our or Us) to inform you of the financial services we provide and to comply with our obligations as Corporate Authorized Representative of Alpha Securities PTY LTD. Alpha Securities holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL No: 330757) and has authorized the creation and distribution of this FSG. This FSG remains valid unless a further FSG is issued to replace it.

About Us
Adest Trading Pty Limited is a boutique, independent trading and investing education company that focusses on Australian shares and global markets.
The Services we are Authorized to Provide:
Adest Trading Pty Limited is an Authorized Representative (CAR No. 289519.) of Alpha Securities PTY LTD, which holds AFSL No.330757. We are authorized by Alpha Securities PTY LTD to provide general advice in the following classes of financial products to retail clients
- Securities
- Derivatives
Alpha Securities has oversight over what we do and ensures that we maintain firm controls on our business activities. However, other than licensing, Alpha Securities does not receive a financial benefit from our activities and is not a referral partner.
Remuneration
Our remuneration comes from the membership fees that we charge you to provide our services.
Additionally, we may occasionally refer you to product providers who will pay us a rebate for the referral. If this were to occur, we will always disclose this to you in a transparent manner.
The type of advice we provide
We only provide general product advice. This is advice that is either product specific or factual in nature. General advice does not take into account your personal financial circumstances and we always recommend seeking independent advice from your financial planner, tax agent, or other investment professionals.
In accordance with Regulatory Guide RG126 and Section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001, we have Professional Indemnity Insurance in place, which covers the work done by our employees. The insurance (subject to its terms and conditions) will continue to cover claims with respect to our respective employees who no longer work for us (but who did at the time of the relevant conduct).
What to do if you have a complaint?
We have a formal client complaint resolution procedure which provides for the independent review and investigation of any complaint which you may have about Adest Trading Pty Limited or its advisors. We will endeavor to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. Once we have received the complaint, we may also ask for further information or details about your complaint.
